I've started to add more and more to my diet and I found that it has kickstarted me into losing again. :) FINALLY, I thought I was going to get no where again - but it has started to come off again and I hope to be changing my goal again by the end of this next week. Hopefully it will all work out and I can start my new goal but if not I know that I will achieve it before July arrives and June leaves us. :) Remember all be positive.
