Something is wrong. Total carbs includes fibre and sugars - yet your total carbs is LESS than fibre!
Total carbs is gross not nett carbs

jaybee51 I don't go by the net carbs. I'm guided by the total carb count. I had eaten alot of dessicated coconut which is high fat and high fibre... that's how these negative carb figures occur.. but ALL carbs have an impact on insulin so it's the gross figure (closer to 20g) that I'm aiming for
