so any one on night shift ? I work 630 pm to 630 am and on my days off I convert back to a day person. any suggestions as to when to eat on a "routine" so I am not ravenous when working ?? I know snacks are a must I will do celery and cucumbers, and lots of water ... any other suggestions ???

@snowbunny, I work 12 hour night shifts myself. Right now I bring packs of tuna, popcorn, and some cutie oranges. But I understand where you're coming from, it's a struggle to stay up all night and not wanna just eat, eat eat! Oh, I also bring pickles which I totally forgot to bring with me as I'm writing this 😕

fiber one has some delicious low cal and low carb cookies. u could always bring with u, that way u don't feel like your missing out. There's also some great 100 calorie cookies out there. My weakness is those mean iced sugar cookies u get from kroger's. They r so mean to me. They call my name and rant me with their deliciousness. They r my kryptonite lol.

I live off of protein shakes, chicken, tuna and cucumbers lol..I understand. I'm deployed and my options are limited, thank God for cucumbers and honey :)
