changing tac. Keto does not work for my metabolic profile. In order to lose fat from my own body I have to decrease my fat intake markedly. ..which leaves me low carb low fat moderate protein. That being the case I've Kickstarted a higher protein eating regime akin to, but not strictly, carnivore, because dousing myself with several daily cups of salad veg with zero carrots or other starchy carbs is getting me nowhere fast. In hindsight my most successful eating regime came naturally and so did the elevated health so my path forward is a nod to the past because success leaves clues and I have a plethora of photographic material pointing to what does work for my metabolic type.
