queenMari3, you could get your husband to chop up piles of broccoli, cauliflower, garlic and carrots and put them in ziplock bags. Over the next few days you'll have plenty of veggies to quickly zap in the microwave. I hate prepping but don't mind cooking and even doing dishes.
