I started a new job this week. I worked twice as much as I am used to so I came home exhausted every day. I no longer have access to the fitness center at my old job. Went to a local gym yesterday to join up so tomorrow I get back to my running. Getting into the rhythm of the new job already, though. It is at a hardware store and I spent several evenings slinging lumber. My biceps are huge!
109.5 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
