Interesting. Yesterday I felt that I'd eaten like a pig and that I was bound to have gone way over 20 net carbs and over 2000 cals. However on entering my meal I find it's not even reached 18, even with the olives I ate.
Dr A's book (not the brand new one, the one from about 2001) has olives listed as 5 carbs per 5 olives. Fatsecret says that's nowhere near. Hmmm...
