I guess running all that I did and working out hard has been paying off:) I did a very intense workout yesterday...my body hurts beyond beleif! I am not sure what kind of a workout I will be doing today, but I know it will be a light one. I always follow with a light workout after a tough one...otherwise, I will have burnout!
