Hopefully I'll be in the 100's next weigh in. I haven't seen under 200 lbs in 5 years. That's so sad! I think I'm going to indulge in a pedicure when I reach this milestone even though the negative voice in my head says I have so much more weight to lose.

Oooh, that's so exciting! It will be a happy day :) There's no point in feeling bad about the weight you have left to lose! It is what it is. Accept what you cannot change. Look, you CAN change it and you ARE changing it, but it isn't going to happen overnight so you may as well be happy along the way, or as happy as you can. Celebrate every victory! If you take more time focusing on the positive, you'll have a lot less stress. Congratulations! You deserve to be proud of yourself.
