A friend posted this recently and it got me thinking. I'll pass my Qs on to you. Do you eat to stop hunger, for survival, to soothe, for pleasure, for health or for performance? It should be all that and more but are your ratios out of balance? (read more)

Your food is your fuel and for the sake of this just consider yourself to be a car. What grade petroleum fuel would you be using for yourself? What type of car do you consider yourself or feel like? What level of health will your body maintain and perform at using this fuel? If you consume better fuel will you perform better on all levels (store less deposits, go faster, go smoother, go further, less emissions, etc etc etc). You catch my drift. Start to think of yourself as your dream car. Start to eat the fuel or medicine that will make you run like a dream and maybe you'll start to transform into your ideal human form in mind, body and soul. "Today instead of food, I made it medicine". I'm sure you'll agree those words are pretty powerful 😊 I think I am going to make them into a magnet to put on my fridge.
