Day long training without ability to pack a lunch. I should’ve brought some Atkin’s shakes, but I didn’t. I thought, ok I’ll just fast, but we’re doing so much physical activity that I was just starving. So I ate carbs!!! They were delicious! I feel so much better! Now, hopefully it won’t undo my progress & I’m getting right back on track.
