Day long training without ability to pack a lunch. I should’ve brought some Atkin’s shakes, but I didn’t. I thought, ok I’ll just fast, but we’re doing so much physical activity that I was just starving. So I ate carbs!!! They were delicious! I feel so much better! Now, hopefully it won’t undo my progress & I’m getting right back on track.

Yeah you can get right back on track. Maybe try to figure out how to deal with it so it does not happen too often. Boiled eggs, pieces of veggies and cheese can be prepared the day before for instance.
