going for a big walk which included hills and me kind of running here n there last Monday has helped with my weightloss this reading. it's the first real exercise I've done in a CPL years I felt so great afterwards so I'll be continuing that after this hot heat has gone. unfortunately I am a winter person who lives in the winterless north of all places so I'm hating this summer heat more than usual and just wanna be wherever there are fans or air conditioning but soon as it's a cool day I'm going walking!!
