Guess what I did today? I joined a health club! A friend and me will go three times per week at 6:30 a.m. I am so excited! I think I needed this "pick me up" and I'm really looking forward to starting (which is tomorrow).
I will be working the weight machines while at the health club and do my "Walk Away the Pounds" after work. As I mentioned in my last entry, I hadn't been exercising like I should. Last night I started again and I was surprised at how winded I got! And it hadn't been that long! Oh well, I'll work through it.
