yesterday had some tapioca pudding which i know is a NO NO but had some anyways...needed something to comfort me as been really suffering lotsa pain and despair recently well with all the health issues..not to use as an accuse but its as good as any o.0 lol so sorry i did that but not gonna fret...wieghed in at 195 so lost four lbs from may 25th in following perty closely to atkins ...still need to drink more water and concentrate more on the specifics too..so anyways have a good weekend peace and love dar
