KETO! THIS LOSS IS FOR REAL! I weighed myself about five hours after waking up, after a big glass of electrolyte water and a cup of coffee. The scale has not said 172 in three years or more. what did I do differently? I have been increasing my protein to 30% . I think my body is getting used to the new thyroid medicine. I remember the last time I did well on a diet I had higher protein levels . I also quit buying butter , but I am still eating cream cheese and fatty foods like liverwurst. I think my calories are lower by about 200 a day only this week , but I am hungry , so over the next few weeks it will be interesting to see what my average will be. keto on.
