Friday is around, I am happy that this week finally came to an end. I will be travelling today and working tomorrow morning, but I always feel relieved when Friday is here. After doing my blood tests again, I am a little confused about what I should be eating. High fat cheese is off and I will not be having my three eggs in an omelet (just three eggs in a week). I had pork with a lot of fat today (I really love this and lamb also), but I was not able to eat one third of it. In the past few days I ate almost all fish (I LOVE sardines, sushi kind ones) and now I just dont find meat so appealing. I started eating legumes and more vegetables and low (or no) fat milk. All these pile up on carbs and I have to find think about it a little. But, I am still loosing weight!!!
