I told myself that I would go keto if 2 weeks of calorie counting didn’t work for me. So here I am. This was a lemon basil tuna salad from the Emeals lunch plan. I have tried to low carb before but I didn’t plan ahead & ate bacon & eggs until I caved. This time I am more prepared & realistic.

Welcome to the Revolution, Ruckiechicken! All bacon and eggs?! No wonder my endocrinologist and his PA are so vehemently opposed to LCHF/keto! I had no idea, since I was lucky to come across quality into and research from the git-go. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
