feeling great and right on track. think i lost another pound, but there is a chance that the scale is broken...but i feel and look different. amazing how just a few pounds and some water can make u feel! well, also the eating lifestyle i have adopted...i really am feeling good about it this time! i mean, i have tried many times to lose weight, and i lost a few pounds, gained energy and thought i could do it, then fell off the wagon for one reason or another. this time feels good tho. the prospect of moving from cali to arizona feels so good, even tho i kno that i will have to come up with another routine bc it may be hard to really get out there and walk in the heat...so im thinking of investing in a treadmill...any recommendations? good eating to all!!!!
