I have incorporated intermittent fastening into my life now..... I mean I started it last Nov 2018 but never made a commitment to it so I started yesterday and only had water. I've been getting lite milk to stop my cravings for soft drink and anything artificial also stopped coffee and tea months ago but the milk I get is high in carbs so I'm cutting back to one carton a week instead of 2 just cos water is so boring sometimes and I need something with a taste. I did groceries today and am craving the bunless burgers from maccas so Im going to do my own version tonight cos I'll know everything that goes in it.🍔😋 besides they cost 15bux for one at maccas
