Okay... The last 3 days have been tough! I don’t know what happened... I was solid for a good 8 days then started craving everything.
I started eating a bit of fat and that has helped a bit.
I’m still keeping the carbs low so that’s good I guess😩

It will pass. I usually eat some high fat items till it do like egg salad, pieces of cream cheese.
