I weighed myself this morning, and I've lost 8.2 pounds since I got back on my diet last Wednesday! I feel great!!!! I have 54.8 more pounds to lose to reach my goal of 160!!! I worked out - Walk Away the Pounds - 2 Mile DVD, and I jumped on my mini trampouline for 5 min. Still hanging in there! Hopefully I won't bore anyone by repeating my workout schedule on a daily basis. I continue to get inspired when I put it on paper. Got to keep moving! Must shower and get ready for work.
