Ugh. I’ve been sick over the past few days & finally went to the Dr. today. “Reactivated mono” is the verdict. Somehow I still managed hot yoga this morning, which is really critical in managing some other health problems I have (HTN & Ménière’s disease). While I’m super proud of that, I’ve only been wanting to eat danger foods-ice cream, French fries, etc. It’s amazing how I try to rationalize “I must be craving these foods for some nutritional reason, since I’m sick” LOLOLOL Stop it! Stop it! 🤣 I’m gonna drink water & load up on veggies & oranges-my counterattack.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
