Lost exactly 2 lb in week 3 of my diet, making a total of 11 lb. If I can shift another 2 lb in week 4 I will make it under 220 lb :-) Seems as if I have shifted an inch off my waist but not sure where else the fat is coming from as most other measurements show insignificant change. Could have sworn I'd lost some of the flab on my belly. Now when I stand on the scales I don't have to pull it back to see the reading. Oh well, maybe just wishful thinking.
