Well, today I was "bad." I ate a honey bun. But, I figure if the worst indulgence I have is giving in to the honey bun craving once in a several week period, then I'm probably going to be fine. Keeps me sane -- keeps me from smashing an entire chocolate cake tomorrow! beer and pastries are the only things I miss -- such a shame both are loaded with the sugar I don't need!
