gonna have me a meat and eggs kinda day and then for snack will have a MIM ..w/ sweet n low and cinnamon and possibly some cream cheese atop...and then hardly no carbs, ok on cals, high fat tho...sorta need to watch the fat over the weekend..so ill keep that in mind hope ur all having a wonderful day ^_^ peace
