Se ve una mejora en el peso, ya que se inicio el día martes 16 con las capsulas GNC Ab Cuts Women, y al día 18 de octubre baje 1 libra aproximadamente, adicionado del programa de entrenamiento físico Insanity, ademas de la dieta baja en calorías.
