Anyone having success with flaxseed meal as a base for snackies? I've been experimenting a little and made a decent low carb "cookie" this past weekend. With sugar substitue and coconut flour it was actually decent.

A low carb pizza crust would be a godsend! I tried out the flaxseed pizza crust... didnt turn out too well. I'll try it again with the golden flaxseed to see if that makes a difference. For the cookies, I basically used an oatmeal cookie recipe but substituted the flour for coconut flour and oatmeal for flaxseed. I think adding dark choco chips would be just the thing needed to make a decent low carb cookie solution!

How about an Oroweat Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin as a pizza crust? (only 100 calories; 22g carbs, 5g fiber, 5g protein)
