Feeling a bit better in myself the last two days. Appetite is back.

I need a pair of digital scales for the kitchen though. I measured stuff tonight in my analogue scales but the dial is too hard to read once you get down to the less than 100g.

I'm on a double shift at work tomorrow, then 2 days in York for a course. There's a fridge there I can use so I'll be taking 2 packed lunches as per usual work days.
