Rolled oat pakai susu skimmed milk dibiarin terendam besok paginya susunya resep ke oatnya jadi empuk. Tinggal tambahin topping atasnya, yogurt, buah (jeruk), kacang2an (kenari dihancurin), dried cranberries, dan chia seed.
