OK, so I'm not weighing every day. I couldn't resist this morning. I have 1 challenge week ending today and one in 4 days. I really have to get these things so that they all end on the same day. But after last week's gain, I really wanted to see if the scale had budged. I've been sooooo good. I'm pleased to report a 3.2 pound loss! It's 2 pounds below my low the previous week of 260.4. Plus, I've gone down another another 'tick' on the scale. You know...280, 270, 260. I'm below 260. Woooo hoooooooooo. I can remember watching, helplessly, as the numbers climbed above 250, then nudging ever closer to 300. 250 was my 'old' all time high and it frightens me how close I did come to 300 before I decided to stop following the advise of my health care professionals, did some serious reading and got on atkins. One day, I will rant about the role of inflammation in obesity, but not today. lol. Suffice it to say, I feel better. I'm starting to look better, and I can see a day coming, in the not so distant future, when I'll be off my diabetic meds and can shop in the misses dept!
