soooo sick.. idk if it water weight or muscle from all the coughing, sneezing and just blahhhh.. but kept as much xarbs out as physically possible.. went on the scale, it said 221, then went on it again in the evening, was 214, went on again in the am, was 217.. at this point i think my body is too sick .. but it sure as hell is fluctuating crazy.. ugh...
