Woah. So ya really put it all out there on FS-weight & everything. Maybe this is the accountability I need. I’ve had a love/hate relationship with Weight Watchers for years & I found FS through the Yale Wellness & Tech study. I’m currently starting the Beck Diet Solution in conjunction with a low calorie diet. 3 meals a day, no snacking-danger area for me. I’m really working more on addressing my relationship with food than a specific diet. I tend to go to extremes. As part of Beck DS, I have to have a Plan B diet, which will be keto if this is unsuccessful. It’s really important to me to stay within a food budget & to cook one meal at dinner to feed my big guy & little guys. I’m liking this FS place. Pretty cool.

Yep, it is pretty cool. As a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I can say this has been much better for me than WW!

Daily accountability is huge. A couple of years ago I read a steady where participants had to weigh and record themselves every day. Nothing else. After six months they lost an average of 12 pounds. That’s way better then the best diet or weight loss drug on the market. The simple act of holding yourself accountable each day can do wonders.
