Ha! Went to Red Lobster with my folks and my 17 y.o., Charlie. He made the honor roll for the year. We're so proud of him. I stayed under 400 calories and right on course with carbs. I did not even look at the cheese biscuits. I had a grilled shrimp skewer, and was so full, I only ate half of my shrimp scampi. I ordered broccoli instead of a potato. This is a VICTORY!!!
