My tummy aches. I was able to go to the bathroom today, wich is actually great (first time since I started Atkins, more than a week) but it still hurts.

I know I am not having enough water and exercise. I have the huge bottle next to me, I promise I will keep it up.

I would recommend a fiber substitue ... preferably a sugar free one if you're going to be on atkins.
