Itu cuma buah naga di bekuin terus di blender aku tambahin skimmed milk sedikit aja kalau kebanyakan ntar ke enceran topping nya nanti tenggelam😬, topping nya aku pakek in muesli , chia seed sama apel gitu aja sih😬😁😂
