yesterday didn't go very well. i took my daughter to the dr and it took forever. so, by the time i got to the store, i ended up buying frozen pizzas for dinner, i had three pieces like of a medium pizza, and a salad with lots of water...too many calories yesterday so i am just not going to waste my time with recording it. i kno in my mind that i messed up, so there is no point...i checked the scale today, too soon i kno, but i really hope my clothes weigh like 10 pounds...haha...no but i really hope they weigh like 3...otherwise my efforts have gone to waste. then again , i could take this as a learning experience and see how easy it is to regain the weight lost, even if it is just a pound. oh, good news tho, my daughter, she lost 3 pounds since her last dr visit a month ago! i was happy for her, i felt that i was showing her a better way to eat and she has taken that and really made a difference. i really dont think she needs to lose weight, she is 5'5" and a size 12, I WISH I WAS HER SIZE!!! but bc of her asthma, we are seeing if losing some weight will help with that. either way! 3 pounds in a month, not bad, that weight should stay off bc she is doing it right and really slow! yay reyna!
