Wooooof...ok, another bike ride, the longest yet. Went with my baby and my bestu buds, did 30.2 miles. Last Sunday we did 22, so we bested our distance and broke our record for time (did 22 miles in 7 min. under last weeks time).

I felt really good on the trail, but my legs are hurting like hell right now. Another thing, our scale has been sucking ass so we decided to bite the bullet and buy the Wii fit which is essentially an overpriced scale hehe. Bad news...our scale was off by a lb. More bad news, got sushi yesterday. but didnt go over my cals...yet still gained. :/ This ride should help. I'm not entering my weight until I'm back under 212..well..maybe I will :D

30.2 miles is insane!! You totally rock! Great job!! Keep it up & I'm sure your bike ride will have made a difference w/ the scale = )

Um, 30.2 miles? Oh yeah, you're totally gonna see the loss on that scale! Great job! That's difficult to do, yet you pushed right through and did it! Amazing!
