Today went well didn't forget my snacks and I worked out on the elptical, did some crunches( if you pick your legs up, put the soles of you feet together and push your knees pass your hips you'll really feel it!) then I played some volleyball. Had fun while burning up some calories. I only ended up eating one full course meal today and that was dinner wasn't hunger through the day. I had baked hen, broccolli, cooked spinach, two table spoons of brown rice and a glass of pink grapfruit juice. 160 here I come!!! LOL...
