I know that this is from pure stress. My mom is in the hospital right now and she had a heart attack last night. She was scheduled to come home today, but since she had an attack last night, they have placed her in Intensive Care right now. I am so stressed out I want to cry!

77.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg. Still to go: 11.8 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

I'm sorry to hear that. It must be such a worrisome time for you. I hope she is feeling better today. It must be disappointing if she had been looking forward to coming home today. At least she is save in ICU. Don't forget to take care of you, too.
