I am continuing to lose about 1/2 a pound to a pound a day! Amazing, with what I am eating! I think I need to watch the fat intake, although on Atkins. It just doesn't seem right to take in 87 gms of fat and be OK! I like that My FatSecret totals up the calories burned while a sleep and at rest. That is very interesting!

I know, it sounds funny to eat so much fat when we're programmed not to. I was on Atkins, fantastic way of living btw, and I lost 20 lbs. Keep doing what you're doing. As they say, don't mess with success! Oh.. changed my diet from atkins because I'm highly sensitive to grains. Also because of my daughter <smiles> I sent you a buddy request. {{hugs}}
