Another mini bike ride...went slower this time, and I had to force myself to go. Feeling sluggish and not wanting to exercise. hmmm.....what's up with that? I need motivation.

Same here...we didn't get as far as we normally do because I started getting dizzy and out of breath. Hang in there!

UGH! I went for one of those the other day, I ended up with wobbly leg syndrome afterwards. But you went, and isn't that what counts? Great job!

Back in my twenties,I always spotted midway through my cycle for about a week. I think it's normal. And, it went away after having kids. Our bodies are mysteries. Good job on getting out there!
