Another year to practice my weight loss skills!! A good 11 lbs to go this year. Hope to make it there by end of March. Gained fairly rapidly this time so hoping the loss will be the same.
So here goes with the "every day weigh in" (only then do I focus), limiting the calories, back to a daily walk (treadmill or community center), limiting portions for both of my man & I (he gets twice as much as me), giving myself a treat every evening for being good of one square 70% dark chocolate (not my favorite so easy not to want more than one square).
Going to be more difficult this year as far as exercise because I'm hand sewing a Brownie quilt for a great granddaughter and making stocking animals for all 11 great grandchildren for their birthdays this year. That means a lot of sitting!
But here I go anyway - Think Highly of Onesself and that self can perform Great and Glorious Results!!
