Woke at 239.4, up 4.0 from yesterday. I'm guessing this was an overdose of sodium from all the ham I ate. Just going to stay calm and go with the plan, which has me fasting this Friday. UPDATE: Measured blood ketones at 2pm (three hours after an omelet and while drinking exogenous ketones in water). Still only got a .3 mm reading. UPDATE: Got to 238.0 before dinner, but hoping for more tomorrow.
