Wowowowow what a terrible, exhausting, stressful week! I'm so happy it's almost over. I work today and then I get my Sunday/Monday off from now on. Thank goodness for overtime for all the hours I put in!
I'm so thankful that I didn't binge this week, though. I stayed on track, didn't eat emotionally to make myself feel better, and I feel good. I know it's mind over matter now!
I'm convincing the hubby to do a hike this weekend. Although I've stayed on track calorie wise, I've been too exhausted to exercise all week. Starting tomorrow, I'm getting back on my exercise routine. I definitely feel the difference if I don't work out.
