午餐:蔬菜燉飯150克/IKEA雞肉丸5顆
下午茶:雞蛋糕4顆
晚餐:花椰菜炒蝦仁/炒菠菜/炸紅龍雞塊6塊/紅白湯圓1碗(不湯)/豬排骨
55.2 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
