Today, I got back on my diet. I feel great!!! One of my friends wanted me to go out for dinner and drinks after work, and I told her I couldn't. The first day is always the hardest, and if I continue to go out to eat each time a friend asks, I'll never reach my goal. It took a lot of will power to say no on my part because I was tempted. I'm so proud of myself!!! :-)
