I just went for a mini bike ride...it was kind of late but I decided to get off my butt and go since I hadn't biked since Sunday and I didn't want my bones and muscles to start rusting. It felt great and I started strong and ended strong. At one point as I was coming back, two older ladies were jogging and yelled back to me "Yeah girl, you got this!" and I started cracking up. It gave me a boost though, I decided to do an extra mile to finish off the ride strong. I felt great!
