I wish I could be so excited about exercising. I just started PiYo and am already needing to find a way to motivate myself to do it just 3 times a week. I have a lot of 'sit' I need to root out of my life. It's not like walking. There I have an external source of motivation - getting to Mordor. I don't have anything like that with PiYo. I'll have to see if I can come up with something. Nothing comes to mind though.

Shaping your body and the ability to eat more. Those are what help me.

Hmm, maybe the ability to eat more will do it for me. Yeah, I think I can work with that. God knows I need the stretching and toning PiYo offers, so that'll be an extra bonus, but the real goal will be to be able to keep my calories up. Thanks D!

Damn I was proud of my 840cal. I got quite a bit more wiggle room now 👍

So I was feeling lazy today. Thankfully, not very hungry either. I saw this post and it reminded me of that glycogen depletion before the holidays goal. You got me out of the house at least. 2.5 miles, baby sprints and 20 flights of stairs. Not Diablo numbers but something is better than nothing so thank you!

WOOOO, that is just awesome! Anything is better than nothing, and that sounds like a great workout! We can truly affect each other here in a good way and that makes me happy. I tend to overdo things, it's probably best not to emulate me completely. These numbers don't even include my early morning workout with my workout partner. I didn't track that workout but it was 1.5 hours. I'm really feeling it now. You know you worked out hard when you have the workout soreness hours later instead of the next day...

Yikes! Early morning workout too? That is a lot. I hope your soreness wears off quickly.

Nothing a few good sessions won't help with! You'll be fine!

Lzenn you have to force yourself to exercise two-three weeks, just one-two days off, and then you will be addicted to it, more than three days off and my body-brain doesn't want to exercise again

Well, this coming week I'll be attempting to do it 6 days straight so I can really feast Christmas day. We'll see if that starts a trend, but knowing me, I'll just be relieved when it's over.
