Sebenernya semi debm sih , tapi aku ga plek2 bgt aku ikutin, Aku pagi makan protein hewani kaya telur atau apapun lauk rumahan yg penting no karbo & protein nabati kak, siang bebas protein hewani ama sayurrr , malem sama cuma ga pake sayur. No nasi mie tepung yg ternyata jahat bgt loh nilai kalorinya
& olahraga zumba skiping
