Got to the gym today. No cardio today. I am still not feeling well. But I did do 100 crunches and worked my lower body. Not a bad workout. Tomorrow will be upperbody and cardio. Will try not to over eat today. It shouldn't be too hard. I do better when I have eaten breakfast.
